Fuchsia ruched-shoulder sweater, H&M
Black & white spiderweb-print skirt, made by me (first described here)
Black tights, Calvin Klein
Purple velvet ankle-strap pumps, Rocket Dog
Black elastic belt, NY & Co.
Grey flower hair pin worn as brooch (stuck a safety pin in the back), Icing
Gunmetal & rhinestone hoop earrings, NY & Co.
The weather can't decide if it's going to be warm & sunny or crisp & cool. I can't decide what I want to do with my days. Indecision runs rampant...
Thanks to everyone for your lovely compliments on my 16th-century costume! At least I can keep up with that era ;-)
Bedeviled by sundogs, wrapped up in spiderwebs. |
The skirt is fantastic. Love the fabric.
ReplyDeleteGreat outfit! I love the spiderweb skirt and those purple shoes are scrumptious!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful skirt! So prettyt! And your shoes are terrific :).
ReplyDeleteI smile whenever I think of you twirling in that tablecloth skirt. :0 )
ReplyDeleteBought some of the royal skull tablecloth fabric from Target to use as yardage last year. Sadly its wasn't even a wee bit colorfast and was all faded after one wash.
What a fantastic skirt! :)
ReplyDeletesiouxsie - Thanks!
ReplyDeleteShannon - An engineer at work even complimented my shoes, go fig ;-)
Madame Macabre - Purple & spiderwebs, two of my fave things, heh.
Old Fashion Halloween - And the new tablecloth you gave me is on the dining table right now!
Sal - Thanks!
I love a print that just looks like a random print and when you get close, it is something FABULOUS!
